Telesure was looking to accelerate online sales processing as the traditional way was time consuming, taking about 15 to 20 minutes per policy. Neutrinos designed and engineered a user experience with GUI based approach to a legacy system. A UI designed to enable easy navigation and faster sales, on the new platform a sale took just 8 minutes.

At Absa, the processes were manual and paper-heavy, with high TAT to onboard a customer. A merchant took anything from 7 to 15 days for customer onboarding. Neutrinos implemented the first BPM project to yield RoI for Absa in 3 years of solution and acquisition of software, after unsuccessful endeavours by GSIs. This solution ensured 70% reduction in cost of implementation
