The first BPM project to yield RoI for ABSA in 3 years of solution and acquisition of software, the Neutrinos solution reduced TAT from at least 6-7 days to 20-30 minutes and the time required to create an account number reduced to 40 minutes from 7-14 days. Improved CX, CSAT and increase in sales, there were multiple benefits reported by the client.

The client had a legacy system but wanted an integrated view of claims under process and to change their daily reporting system. The Neutrinos solution enabled seamless and efficient access to data extraction and reporting processes. It also provided visibility of captured sales and claims on the client’s workbench model. This increased operational efficiency; reduced need for frequent changes and transparency of process and data was achieved. In addition, the client was able to sell various VAP products in Business Insurance.
The insurer was reeling with queries related to e-payment authorization since verification was taking too long. Neutrinos created an e-form on digital workplace that would help drive e-payment authorization requests of new registration and to make any changes desired. The data from the document was extracted using Kofax (KTA). This eased up the entire e-payment authorization process, helped the client achieve business agility with compliance, ease, and visibility.
